Join a relationship-driven clinic where you have the time to provide individualized care, the mentorship to keep developing, and the opportunity to help people remain active and capable for life.
At PPM, character comes first, learning never stops, and your growth matters.
Build your career while helping others build the health that gives them the freedom to never slow down.
PPM was created around a simple belief: exceptional care requires time, attention, strong relationships, and a plan built around the individual.
This is not high-volume, insurance-driven care. Our clinicians have the opportunity to listen, think critically, work one-on-one, and connect rehabilitation with movement, performance, longevity, and the activities each person values.
As a member of our team, you will be encouraged to ask questions, explore new ideas, strengthen your clinical reasoning, and continue developing your skills with the support of Besmir and Alyssa.
We are building a clinic where patients feel known, clinicians feel valued, and everyone is working toward meaningful long-term progress.
Individualized, one-on-one care
Time to listen, assess, and think
Mentorship and ongoing learning
Hands-on care paired with progressive exercise
Rehabilitation connected to performance and longevity
Opportunities to work with active adults and athletes
A small, collaborative, growing team
The opportunity to help shape PPM's future
We are not searching for someone with a perfect resume or every clinical skill already mastered. We are looking for a physical therapist with strong character, a genuine concern for people, and an open mind toward learning.
You may be an experienced clinician looking for a more personal and purposeful way to practice — or a new graduate searching for mentorship and the right environment in which to grow.
What matters most is how you treat people, how you respond to feedback, and how committed you are to becoming a better clinician and teammate.
You May Be a Strong Fit If You:
Lead with kindness, honesty, and integrity
Care about understanding the person — not only treating a diagnosis
Communicate clearly and respectfully
Are dependable and take ownership of your responsibilities
Remain humble, curious, and receptive to feedback
Enjoy learning new approaches and developing new skills
Value collaboration over ego
Want to provide individualized, one-on-one care
Are interested in rehabilitation, movement, performance, active aging, and longevity
Would enjoy working with active adults and athletes, including golfers, tennis players, and pickleball players
Hold or are eligible to obtain the professional credentials and South Carolina licensure required for the position
THE PRIORITY Experience is welcome. Character, curiosity, and willingness to learn are essential.
At PPM, mentorship is not limited to answering an occasional question. We want to create an environment where clinicians can discuss cases, strengthen their reasoning, practice new skills, receive thoughtful feedback, and steadily grow in confidence.
Besmir and Alyssa will support your development while respecting your professional judgment and helping you establish your own clinical identity.
Professional Support May Include:
Scheduled one-on-one mentorship
Case review and clinical-reasoning discussions
Hands-on technique instruction and practice
Advanced movement and video-analysis training
Guidance in designing progressive exercise and performance programs
Exposure to rehabilitation, injury-risk reduction, active aging, longevity, and sports performance
Support in identifying and pursuing relevant continuing-education opportunities
Regular conversations about your goals and professional development
GROWTH EXPECTATION You will not be expected to know everything. You will be expected to remain curious, engaged, and committed to growing.
PPM serves people with a wide range of goals — from recovering after pain, injury, or surgery to building the strength and physical capacity needed for sport, longevity, and an active life.
Your caseload may include active adults, recreational and competitive athletes, golfers, tennis and pickleball players, post-surgical clients, people focused on strength and healthy aging, and individuals with vestibular or pregnancy and postpartum needs.
We also recognize that every clinician brings different interests. If you already have a specialty — or discover an area you want to pursue — we will support you in developing that expertise and exploring opportunities to build a focused area of practice within PPM.
Potential Areas of Practice:
Orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
Golf, tennis, and pickleball performance
Movement and video analysis
Active aging, balance, and longevity
Post-operative rehabilitation
Vestibular rehabilitation
Pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation
Manual therapy and progressive exercise
Performance programming and injury-risk reduction
YOUR PATH Grow as a well-rounded clinician — or develop a specialty that becomes part of PPM's future.
PPM is not built around insurance-driven volume care. Our model prioritizes individualized attention, meaningful clinical relationships, thoughtful evaluation, and treatment plans designed around each person's goals.
You will be encouraged to listen carefully, think critically, communicate clearly, and adjust care according to the individual — not rush everyone through the same protocol.
The final schedule and working arrangement will be developed around the position, the clinician, patient needs, and PPM's commitment to maintaining high-quality care.
THE CARE EXPERIENCE More attention. Better relationships. More meaningful clinical work.
You do not need to have every answer or meet every preferred qualification before reaching out.
If PPM's values and approach to care resonate with you, tell us a little about yourself, what you hope to build in your career, and why this opportunity interests you. Besmir and Alyssa would be happy to learn more about you.
Specific responsibilities, schedule, compensation, and employment terms will be discussed based on the candidate and the final position.
